  • We mentored the leadership team through creating a vision for change and a roadmap for the sales, marketing and data teams.

  • We created a vision document for delivery, including strategy, tech solutions, people and processes.

  • We analysed current performance to prioritise opportunity for accelerated growth in the short to mid term, then ran workshops with sales, marketing and data teams to take in qualitative market feedback and understand current ways of working to co-create a new, better way.

  • The project is ongoing and the teams are highly engaged and motivated to adapt.
